Lalitaambigei is a passionate Chemical Engineering graduate currently pursuing a Master of Science degree, with over two years of research experience in environmental sciences and renewable energy. She has contributed to sustainable biofuel innovation through microalgae harvesting, advancing solutions in renewable energy and environmental sustainability.

With two years of experience as a Consultant at Human Resilience Associates, she has supported projects across FEED and EPCI phases for both offshore and onshore platforms. She is developing strong expertise in project management and human-centered design, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes in complex technical and consulting environments. Known for her adaptability, collaborative mindset, and ability to learn quickly, she brings a strong commitment to sustainable innovation and operational excellence to every project she undertakes.

 

Shivanie Jayakanthan

Shivanie Jayakanthan is a motivated and detail‑oriented Chemical Engineering graduate who aims to apply her knowledge and hands‑on experience from coursework and internships to make a positive impact in the oil and gas industry. She has a good understanding of engineering principles and applies them to solve problems, improve processes, and increase efficiency.

She is experienced in conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings clearly, demonstrating strong analytical and communication abilities. Shivanie works well in a team, collaborates effectively with colleagues, and approaches challenges with initiative and professionalism. As a Consultant at Human Resilience Associates, she focuses on Human Factors Engineering while also supporting proposal preparation for bidding and business development to strengthen client relationships.
