However, we acknowledge that women still face significant challenges in the workplace. Rather than embracing their natural strengths and talents, which stem from their unique femininity, they often feel compelled to imitate and replicate the behaviors of their male colleagues.

This approach not only hinders their progress in the workplace but also suppresses the innate gender-based abilities that, if identified and utilized, can lead to positive transformations, not only for themselves but also for the organizations they work for.

SuperCoach Dave is an International Speaker, Trainer and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Specialist, and the International Head of Training for EQ World Singapore. He believes that emotions drive people and people drive performance, and teaches that success has little to do with how educated a person is, but rather how smart they are in tapping into the power of their emotional intelligence.

Using proven strategies and activities, he shows how emotional intelligence is the key to success, and that all highly successful people are tapping into and unleashing the power of their emotional intelligence.
